Ernst & Young is looking to hire a private equity knowledge manager – assistant director. The successful candidate will use their deep connection to and strong understanding of private equity to promote and facilitate the sharing of information, know-how, and experience to help EY deliver services. Candidates need seven to 10 years of knowledge management or equivalent experience, and five or more years of relevant private equity experience. The position is located in New York.

Bank of America is seeking a private equity due diligence analyst. The successful candidate will be responsible for the evaluation of mergers across private markets. The position is responsible for writing quarterly strategy papers and reports related to new opportunities, analyzing GP performance track records, preparing investment memorandums, attending LP meetings, and assisting in special projects as needed. Qualifications include five to seven years of work experience. The position is located in Boston.

RSM is recruiting a business development director – private equity. The hire will develop and execute a market growth strategy and approach for private equity firms in Texas, with particular focus on Dallas. Duties include conducting research and analysis of strategic private equity groups, creating a prioritized coverage model, and building strong sales pipelines. Requirements include at least 10 years of professional services sales experience; prior private equity knowledge and/or experience strongly preferred. The position is located in Dallas.

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is on the hunt for a corporate venture capital associate. The successful candidate will build relationships with entrepreneurs, investors, intermediates, and executives to stay on top of early and growth stage companies, making sure investment and acquisition strategy is in line with the overall business strategy. Qualifications include two to three years of experience in investment banking, corporate development, or venture capital. The position is located in Palo Alto, California.

Two Sigma Ventures is seeking an investment associate. The successful candidate will be a hands-on contributor to all aspects of the investment process, including sourcing, deal evaluation, structuring, negotiation, and ongoing portfolio management. Requirements include passion for technology and science and at least four years of experience at a management consulting firm, investment bank, or venture capital fund, or at least two years of experience in a product management or engineering role at a tech company. The position is located in New York.
