The hire will be responsible for shaping and delivering a strategy to promote Amazon’s cloud computing platform among private equity firms and their portfolio companies. Qualifications include at least seven to 10 years of business development, consulting or program/product management experience, as well as experience in and knowledge of the private equity industry. The position is located in New York.
Two Sigma has an opening for a legal analyst in its private investment division. Responsibilities include supporting internal and external counsel through the lifecycle of an investment; reviewing, revising and negotiating routine service contracts and non-disclosure agreements; collecting, organizing and tracking a wide variety of transactional documentation and records; and tracking deal terms across similar investments. Candidates need a university degree and one to two years’ experience as a paralegal or legal administrative assistant with a focus on transactional/corporate law. The position is located in New York.
