Private Equity Jobs of the Week: Blackstone, BBH Capital, Morgan Stanley are hiring

The Blackstone Group is seeking a private equity portfolio operations analyst. The hire will support key initiatives across private equity including monthly/quarterly portfolio reporting, the Group Purchasing Program, energy and sustainability, IT and infrastructure projects, and other internal activities such as business presentations and senior executive conference planning and organization. The successful candidate will have three to five years’ work experience at a highly competitive company within the industry. The position is located in New York.

Brown Brothers Harriman is looking to hire a vice president for its principal investing group, BBH Capital Partners. Duties include industry research, valuation analyses, transaction structuring, due diligence/deal execution, deal sourcing and portfolio company monitoring. Preference for candidates with experience in principal investing (at a private equity fund or other alternative asset manager) and/or direct lending (mezzanine/junior capital or senior lending). The position is located in New York.

Morgan Stanley has an opening for a private equity fund of funds analyst. Responsibilities include financial analyses in support of the investment process, fundamental research on companies and industries, investment diligence and sourcing, and support of client service requests and portfolio monitoring. One to three years of experience in the financial service industry, and a high level of interest in global macroeconomic investment trends, are required. The position is located in West Conshohocken, Pennsylvania.

Enlightenment Capital is searching for vice president-level candidates to perform private debt/equity investment analysis, lead transaction diligence and execution, support portfolio analysis/monitoring, and help support other key aspects of the business. Candidates need seven years in direct private equity or private credit investing, with extensive deal execution background.
