Silicon Valley Bank is looking to hire an associate, private equity services. The role supports loan growth, risk management and client relationships in partnership with senior bankers. Duties include assisting in monitoring an assigned portfolio of credits, independently processing loan advances, and analyzing borrowers’ financial performance and loan covenant compliance. Associates should have two to five years of commercial banking, private equity, venture capital or related experience. The position is located in New York.

Coller Capital is seeking a senior associate, M&A corporate finance. The hire will participate in and contribute to all aspects of the deal process, with responsibility for all quantitative and qualitative analysis of portfolio companies and funds. Qualifications include four to six years of experience; applicants should have completed their analyst training or equivalent, and may have some experience at an associate level. The position is located in New York.

Barings is searching for a private equity analyst / associate director to join a team with the goal of expanding portfolio exposure within the agriculture, timber and water sectors. The successful candidate will be responsible for the support of origination, underwriting, closing, and monitoring of our existing and growing agricultural investments. Qualifications include two to six years of experience working for an investment bank, consulting firm, investment management firm, development company or agricultural/commodity company. Experience in project development or project finance, and a background in agriculture or forestry education, is a plus. The position is located in New Haven, CT.

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is recruiting a corporate development director, M&A integration. Responsibilities include participating in due diligence, defining the overall integration strategy, developing a plan for “day one” execution, determining the level and depth of integration, ensuring that HPE has maximized the value of the deal and executing after-action reviews of each transaction. The position is located in Palo Alto, CA.

JMC Capital Partners is looking to add two private equity associates to its investment staff. The position entails researching markets and identifying, contacting, and evaluating potential investments, both new platforms and add-ons. This is intended to be a two- to three-year role, with the possibility of continued employment after business school. Applicants should be 2014-2016 college graduates with experience in investment banking, corporate development, sales or relevant consulting. The positions are located in Boston.
