The successful candidate will take on all functions of a full-time associate, including extensive deal execution (mergers and acquisitions, public equity offerings, and private equity placements), with increasing accountability for transaction oversight, client relationship management, and new business development. The summer program also includes internal training, community service, and social events. The firm hopes to have all its summer associates join full-time after their MBA graduation (between December 2018 and June 2019). The position is located in Chicago.
