ORIX is looking to hire an associate. The successful candidate will take a central role in supporting the evaluation, structuring, negotiation, and financing of transactions, as well as in the monitoring and strategic planning of portfolio companies. Two to three years of investment banking, strategic consulting, or private equity experience are required. This is a two-year commitment; exceptional performers will be considered for a third year. The position is located in New York.

Citco has an opening for a private equity business development vice president. The position will cultivate business opportunities in the alternative investment industry, specifically creating sales opportunities for Fund Administration Services. Responsibilities include developing a large network throughout the industry, leveraging referrals and leads from increased brand awareness, identifying strategic opportunities and working with senior management to win new mandates, and attending conferences, seminars and industry events. Experience and knowledge of private equity structures is required, with a minimum of five years working in alternative investments. The position is located in San Francisco.

Barings is seeking a private equity funds and co-investments analyst. The role will have responsibility for support of underwriting and day-to-day monitoring of a global platform of real-asset funds and co-investments. Duties include supporting due diligence and research, maintaining investment models, monitoring holdings, and assisting with quarterly client reporting requirements. Candidates need two years of investment experience or multiple internships in finance-related businesses. The position is located in Charlotte, NC.

Hudson Advisors is searching for a private equity associate, portfolio management – securities. Essential functions include maintaining cashflow projection models for investment portfolios of U.S. residential credit assets, performing discounted cashflow analyses under different credit scenarios, monitoring portfolio positions, presenting analyses and proposals to senior management, and monitoring the market and industry trends. Two to four years of experience at a financial institution, ideally in the mortgage or structured products sector, are required. The position is located in Dallas, TX.

500 Startups is in the market for a junior associate. The role’s primary responsibility is helping with incoming dealflow, working side-by-side with the firm’s Toronto partners. Duties include attending local events/pitch conventions and sourcing possible investments, compiling market and sector information into investment memos, and coordinating research to use in blog posts, articles, and marketing content.
