The successful candidate will analyze and execute investment and asset management strategies; develop flexible financial models and perform ad hoc forecasting, analyses and modeling; conduct financial and business diligence and evaluate new product development and acquisitions; provide analytical support for debt and equity transactions, investor relations activities and the quarterly earnings process; and participate in strategic planning and budget processes. Qualifications include one to three years of experience as an analyst at a top investment bank; M&A background preferred. The position is located in New York.

This senior consultant will work with M&A engagement managers and M&A coordinators on U.S. and multinational projects for private equity and corporate clients. Duties include providing project management services; leading or participating in delivery of culture, playbook, training and other M&A projects; conducting due diligence; leveraging line of business consultants to deliver on subject matter expertise; and supporting business development activities.
