Partners Group is searching for a junior private equity fund structurer. The structuring team is responsible for developing investment structures and funds for institutional and private investors globally. Representative projects include the establishment of investment vehicles (limited partnerships and other investment funds), design and formation of bespoke investment structures, implementation of credit facilities, review of regulatory frameworks, negotiation of customized civil mandates and participation in marketing meetings. Qualifications include a law degree and one to two years of work experience. The position is located in New York.

Soundcore Capital Partners is looking to hire an associate, private equity. Duties include developing and vetting investment theses; creating and driving investment presentations; creating LBO, DCF, and operating models; helping manage numerous third-party advisors; and performing significant portfolio company analyses. Candidates need two to three years’ work experience in investment banking. The position is located in New York.

Jefferies Group is in the market for an associate, investment banking. The hire will assume significant responsibilities related to pitching as well as executing advisory and capital markets transactions for a broad group of public and private clients within the financial institutions group vertical. Requirements include at least two years of investment banking experience as a FIG analyst or associate, or three or more years of investment banking, consulting or relevant financial industry experience. The position is located in New York.

New York-Presbyterian Hospital is recruiting a ventures associate. The NYP Ventures group is responsible for making venture capital investments, building strategic relationships, and managing tech transfer. The successful candidate will identify promising opportunities for innovation both within and outside the organization, build collaborative relationships with stakeholders across NYP, research and develop a strong understanding of healthcare technology and innovation trends, and work closely with the NYP Innovation Center to identify potential investments that align with NYP’s strategic goals. Requirements include at least two years of professional experience and an understanding of the healthcare landscape. The position is located in New York.

Amazon Web Services is seeking a venture capital business development manager, fintech. The hire will build and manage relationships with venture capital firms, accelerators and incubators that are funding fintech startups, influencing decision-making towards using Amazon Web Services as the basis for portfolio companies’ infrastructure. Qualifications include deep experience and knowledge within the fintech startup and venture capital ecosystem and at least ten years of experience in business development, technical sales, or program/product management. The position is located in New York.
