Duties include performing company and industry due diligence and monitoring existing portfolio companies, evaluating platform and add-on acquisitions and evaluating exit options. Also, he or she will develop investment committee memoranda and materials with senior team members and present and participate in investment committee meetings, including communicating analyses effectively to senior investment professionals. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree with an exceptional record of academic achievement and at least two years of experience in investment banking. The position is in New York City.

Brookfield Asset Management on the hunt for a compliance associate. This role will involve performance of essential compliance related actions, including the testing for compliance with PSG policies and procedures, producing and filing regulatory and client reports and performing marketing reviews within the PSG of Brookfield Asset Management. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree and “0 to 3 years work experience.” The position is in Chicago.

Gray Eagle Capital Partners is looking to hire an entrepreneurial private equity associate. The hire will work with the managing partners to evaluate investment opportunities across core industry verticals including business services, specialty manufacturing, value-added distribution and other sectors. Responsibilities include financial modeling and analysis, company and industry research, portfolio management and idea generation. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree; an MBA is a plus. Also, he or she should have at least two years of experience in finance or consulting. The position is in New York City.

Neuberger Berman is searching for a private equity fundraising analyst. The hire will interact with portfolio managers and sales force, legal, finance and operations teams to deliver materials and prepare responses to RfPs and other prospect/client inquiries. Also, he or she will work closely with investment teams to provide communication and updates internally and externally during fundraising processes and assist in the production of presentation materials. Candidates should have an undergraduate degree in economics, finance, management or marketing and one to three years of relevant professional experience (i.e., investment banking, private equity or placement agent). The position is in New York City.
