Private Equity Jobs of the Week: Bain Capital, Blackstone and Stripe are hiring

Stripe is on the hunt for a deal lead for its M&A and investing team. The hire will synthesize external and internal research in partnership with Stripe’s leadership, product and strategy teams to formulate and crystalize long-term business strategy. Also, he or she will partner with local teams and leaders to take a leading role in identifying, evaluating, executing and integrating max ROI investments and acquisitions. Candidates should have seven plus years of work experience with a background in product management or engineering, and/or experience with and a passion for investing in product-led companies. The position is in New York.

Bain Capital is searching for a private equity senior finance associate. The hire will be responsible for administration of private equity limited partnership, which include quarterly US GAAP basic reporting, valuations, capital calls and distributions. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting. He or she should have two to four years of accounting experience; CPA is preferred. The position is in Boston.

Blackstone is looking to hire a private equity analyst/associate. The hire will be involved with the diligence, evaluation, structuring and financing of transactions and regularly attend internal meetings, management sessions and negotiations. Candidates should have two plus years in investment banking, consulting or private equity. The position is in New York City.

Ardian is seeking a fund of funds analyst. The hire will focus on primary, early secondary and secondary investments, providing support in investment functions including financial modeling, valuation analysis of private equity funds and companies, preparation of investment recommendations for Ardian’s global investment committee, as well as various ad hoc reports and projects as needed. Candidates should have a degree in finance or another related field; and one to two years of experience in finance (investment banking, strategy consulting, or valuation). The position is in either San Francisco or New York.
