BlackRock Private Equity Partners is looking to hire an associate. Duties include participating in due diligence of investment opportunities (direct investments, primary funds and secondaries), coordinating with service providers and internal BlackRock groups (legal, operations and risk) to manage the closing of new investments, developing and maintaining relationships with intermediaries and PE fund general partners, working with and helping guide the development of junior investment professionals, and assisting in the preparation of summary review materials. Candidates need three to seven years of relevant work experience. The position is located in Princeton, NJ.

Morgan Stanley is searching for an investor relations/business development analyst/associate for Morgan Stanley Infrastructure Partners. Responsibilities include supporting all aspects of the investor relations, business development, marketing, pre-marketing and fundraising processes; coordinating, drafting, and ensuring completion of investor requests/queries; creating, maintaining, and coordinating the updating of marketing materials/collateral for investors and prospective investors; and supporting the planning, preparing and implementation of various investor events. Qualifications include previous experience in alternatives IR, marketing, business development, or fundraising, preferably one to three years at a private equity, real estate, infrastructure or hedge fund platform. The position is located in New York.

Macquarie Capital has an opening for an analyst, aerospace, defense & government services. The group provides M&A advisory, public and private equity capital raising, and debt capital markets services to aerospace, defense and government services clients. The hire will assist clients in meeting their financial and strategic needs, as well as participating in the execution of advisory and capital raising transactions and in the pursuit of new business opportunities. Requirements include a maximum of three years’ experience in investment banking or similar. The position is located in New York.

Enlightenment Capital is seeking associate-level candidates to perform private debt/equity investment analysis, support portfolio analysis/monitoring, support transaction diligence, manage reporting requirements, and help support other key aspects of the business. Candidates must have a minimum of one to two years in public accounting (supporting PE clients a plus), private equity or private debt, or investment banking at a top-tier firm. At least four years of relevant high-tech industry experience, and two to three years’ experience in venture capital or investment banking with a focus on technology, are required. The position is located in Walnut Creek, CA.
