Blackstone is looking to hire a global markets associate for its BAAM unit. The hire will be responsible for underwriting investments in highly differentiated macro opportunity sets, hedge fund strategies and trading activities. Also, he or she will work with internal teams, external partners, quantitative teams, and technologists for idea generation and trade expression. Candidates should have three to five years of G-10 or F/X financial markets experience on the buy or sell-side. The position is in New York City.

The Carlyle Group is seeking a direct lending associate. Duties include conducting primary due diligence on potential borrowers, analyzing, proposing and negotiating potential debt structures as well as monitoring of the portfolio companies. Associates will have primary responsibility for industry analysis and financial modeling in conjunction with all proposed transactions. Candidates should have at least two years of credit investing, M&A or leveraged finance transaction experience. The position is in New York City.

LFM Capital is searching for a pre-MBA private equity associate. Duties include evaluating new investment opportunities, industry and competitive research, and general due diligence on potential investments. Also, he or she will develop flexible financial models to analyze investment projections and returns and perform valuation analyses. Candidates should have strong analytical and financial modeling skills with prior work experience (one to three years) in investment banking, private equity or management consulting. Transaction execution and diligence experience are required. The position is in Nashville.

New York Life Ventures is on the hunt for an investment associate. Duties include researching and evaluating companies for potential investment and/or strategic opportunities; supporting deal screening, evaluation, due diligence and execution; and performing industry research and competitive analysis. Candidates should have two to three years’ experience in PE/VC or a related field; a bachelor’s degree is preferred. The position is in New York City.

Cycle Communications, a provider of outsourced and project-based investor relations and marketing for private equity firms, is seeking a client support consultant. The consultant will support the investor relations and marketing of various private equity firms, including designing and compiling quarterly reports, annual meetings, fundraising support, portfolio analyses and other client program needs. Candidates should have two to three years of investment banking, private equity, limited partner, consulting or similar experience. This position is suited for candidates targeting a flexible 20-30 hour work week and is remote/location flexible.
