Private Equity Jobs of the Week: Blackstone, Goldman Sachs, Hamilton Lane are hiring

Blackstone Group is seeking a technology analyst/associate for its Private Equity Finance group. Responsibilities include driving integration of the current and future technology stack at Blackstone into the Private Equity Finance business. The hire will assist with implementation of new systems and processes, including documentation and ongoing troubleshooting. A bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, accounting or a quantitative discipline, or two to four years of experience in a similar role, is required. The position is located in New York.

Goldman Sachs Investment Partners Venture Capital & Growth Equity team is looking to add an analyst. The successful candidate will be an active member of the due diligence process, screening, analyzing, and helping to execute investments in the portfolio. He or she will also perform industry/sector and company analysis, conduct valuation analyses and company forecasting, and meet with management teams, industry experts and internal GS groups to help source new ideas. One to two years of relevant experience in investment banking, consulting, venture capital or private equity required. The position is located in New York.

Hamilton Lane is looking to hire a vice president for its fund investment team. The investment professional will lead deal teams in the analysis of potential partnership investments, build and maintain relationships with investment sponsors, and play an integral role in the training and development of junior members of the team. At least six years of experience required, as well as skilled analytical capabilities combined with strong communication and poised presentation skills. The position is located in Bala Cynwyd, Pennsylvania.

Morgan Stanley has an opening for an investment banking healthcare services associate. The hire will work with international clients on a wide range of complex transactions including acquisitions, divestitures, mergers, joint ventures, corporate restructurings, shareholder relations, recapitalizations, demergers, leveraged buyouts and defenses against unsolicited takeover attempts, strategic advisory assignments, and executions of public and private capital markets transactions. Qualifications include three to five years working within the investment banking industry as an analyst or associate with a proven track record executing deals across various industry sectors. The position is located in New York.

KPMG is searching for an associate to join its Private Equity Organization. Responsibilities include delivering and building corporate organization structures of PE firms and their portfolio companies using various data sources, providing support to the lead PE team and reviewing engagement letters, facilitating the audit clearance process by helping to ensure data quality and accuracy, and monitoring and facilitating acquisitions and divestitures. Candidates should have a minimum of three years of research and analysis experience, preferably within a professional services environment. The position is located in New York.
