Saudi Aramco Energy Ventures is looking to hire a corporate venture capital investment principal. The hire will participate in stage-gating decisions for new investments and contribute to opportunity prioritization, negotiating positions and diligence planning. Also, he or she will review investment memoranda for recommendation of investments to investment committee and oversee transaction closing processes, ensuring compliance with SAEV investment process. Candidates should have bachelor’s and master’s degrees. Also required is ten years of experience with a minimum of five years in venture capital or corporate venture capital. An understanding of technical and market trends in the energy sector is a must. The position is in Saudi Arabia.

Cerberus Capital Management is searching for a financial due diligence associate. In addition to leading financial due diligence work stream, the hire will spearhead the compilation and presentation of the Quality of Earnings analysis for potential acquisition targets as well as assist the investment team in evaluating the impact of the analysis on their model. Also, he or she will evaluate the debt structure and identify ‘debt-like items’ of potential acquisition targets, whether or not recorded on the company’s balance sheet. Candidates should have a BA or BS degree with an excellent academic record as well as experience in M&A transactions with a focus on financial due diligence; modeling skills are a plus. The position is in New York City.

Argosy Private Equity is seeking a private equity business development associate. Duties include identifying and building successful, productive, sustainable relationships with investment banks, boutique bankers, business brokers and other intermediaries as sources for quality deal flow; expanding Argosy’s deal origination network and exposure within the private equity and investment banking communities; and managing the firm’s internal deal flow process for sourcing and evaluating potential platform and add-on investment opportunities. Candidates should have deal sourcing and/or private equity/investment banking business development experience. The position is in Wayne, Pennsylvania.

Utah Retirement Systems is on the hunt for a senior investment analyst. Responsibilities include conducting analysis and due diligence on investment managers and sourcing new investments. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree. He or she should have a minimum of three years of directly related professional experience in financial theory and statistical measures or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Prior experience conducting investment manager research and due diligence are required. The position is in Salt Lake City.
