Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in economics, finance or a related field. Also he or she must have two to five years of direct investment adviser compliance industry experience supporting RIA compliance programs. The position is in Dallas.

The hire must have experience both working in teams and in managing components of transactions independently, with specific experience in a broad range of corporate and transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, leveraged recapitalizations, growth equity and venture capital transactions and exits and equity compensation. Candidates should have outstanding academic credentials, comparable law firm experience, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
