Electronic Arts is searching for an associate to join its corporate development team, which is responsible for the evaluation and execution of M&A and strategic initiatives globally across EA’s business units. Responsibilities include performing complex financial modeling and valuation, conducting detailed quantitative and qualitative analysis supporting business case development, and monitoring and researching market participants and trends in the gaming, interactive entertainment and related sectors. Candidates need two to three years of work experience at a leading investment bank (preferably in an M&A group), private equity firm or in corporate development. The position is located in Redwood City, California.

Neuberger Berman is in the market for a pre-MBA associate, private equity. The successful candidate will conduct due diligence on primary fund investments and co-investment opportunities, including industry and company research; perform in-depth valuation analysis of private companies and private equity portfolios; lead the preparation of diligence materials, screening and investment committee memos; and monitor investments through attending annual meetings of private equity firms, evaluating positions in public securities and attending board calls. Requirements include two years of top-tier investment banking program experience. The position is located in New York.

Houlihan Lokey is on the hunt for an analyst, financial advisory services (portfolio valuations). The hire will support FAS portfolio valuation teams, which provide valuations of illiquid debt and equity securities held by hedge funds, private equity funds and business development companies in connection with fair value reporting. She will also develop complex financial models, draft client deliverables, participate in presenting analyses and conclusions, interact with clients on active engagements, and participate in the firm’s marketing efforts. Qualifications include a minimum of one year of work experience at an accounting or valuation firm, in a valuation capacity. The position is located in New York.

Eaglehill Advisors, a private credit fund, is seeking a pre-MBA Associate to work on the investment team and assist in all aspects of the investment process. Responsibilities include evaluating new transactions, preparing investment memorandums and presentations, financial modeling and valuation, financial statement and capital structure analysis, deep company and industry due diligence, and monitoring of investments.
