Growth Catalyst Partners is seeking a chief financial officer. Duties include leadership of all GCP finance, accounting and compliance functions. The hire will supervise fund administration team and conduct monthly GCP financial tracking and reporting. Candidates should have an undergraduate degree in finance or accounting; a CPA or CFA is a plus. Also, he or she should have ten plus years of experience in corporate accounting and financing, including specific experience as a private equity finance professional. New York State Teachers Retirement System is looking to hire a manager of private equity, international. The hire is primarily responsible for managing international investments in the private equity and private debt portfolios and overseeing their growth, consistent with the asset allocation approved by the board. The role encompasses new investment/sub-sector strategy analysis and monitoring existing private equity and private debt investments. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree and eight years of professional investment experience, of which five years must include institutional private equity and private debt fund investment management experience with an investment management organization, pension consulting firm or plan sponsor. The position is in Albany, New York.

Neuberger Berman is seeking a senior associate for its private equity finance group. This role will be responsible for all aspects of private equity fund reporting and operations of various private equity funds across the Neuberger Berman platform. Candidates should have a bachelor’s or higher degree in accounting or finance; and four to seven years of accounting/finance experience; a CPA is a plus, but not required. The position is in New York City.

Cambridge Associates is on the hunt for a research investments associate for its co-investment team. The hire will work as an integral member of the private equity team in all aspects of the practice, with a primary emphasis on sourcing and evaluating private equity co-investment opportunities. Also, he or she will perform business, financial, and industry due diligence on leveraged buyout, growth equity, venture capital, private credit, and private real assets transactions. Candidates should have two years of relevant investment or transaction experience; and a bachelor’s degree (any major) with a record of achievement. The position is in Boston.

Fir Tree Partners is looking to hire an investments analyst. Candidates should be a highly talented investment professional with experience in equity investing. He or she should have at least three years of experience in direct public or private equity investing and two years of investment banking experience. Experience in credit and international is a plus. The position will be either in New York City or Miami.
