Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree, preferably with a major in finance, accounting, economics or a related discipline, from a top college or university; also they should have one to four years of relevant work experience as an analyst or associate at a private debt fund, private equity fund or BDC. Completion of a formal credit training program is preferred but not required. The position is in New York City.
PineBridge Investments is looking to hire a pre-MBA associate for its private capital team. The hire will be responsible for screening, analyzing and executing private equity and debt investments, as well as monitoring portfolio companies. Also, he or she will be involved in all aspects of transaction evaluation including business, industry and financial due diligence, financial modeling and valuation analysis and preparation of investment committee memoranda and presentations. Candidates should have a strong finance background and at least one year of prior work experience in investment banking, lending and/or investing. The position in New York City.
Estancia Capital Management is on the hunt for a private equity associate. The hire will participate in the investment management and due diligence process by individually contributing and supporting more senior resources through the investing lifecycle. Also, he or she will perform all aspects of due diligence, modeling, participate and present in EIC meetings, deal structuring, internal and external LP reporting; and support future fundraising efforts.
