PNC is seeking to hire a private equity director. The successful candidate will identify, originate, structure, negotiate, close and manage investment transactions. Also, he or she will monitor the financial and operating performance of existing investments as well as review prospective investment opportunities, deal write-up and due diligence. Applicants should have eight plus years of experience. A masters degree or PhD is desirable. The position is in Cleveland.

NGL Energy Partners is on the prowl for a M&A manager. The hire will be responsible for valuing, structuring and closing acquisitions and growth Capex projects. Candidates must have five years of progressive work experience in M&A, corporate development, investment banking, project finance or private equity with a preference for direct experience in the energy industry. The position is in Denver.

Core Innovation Capital is seeking an associate to join its team. Duties will include sourcing deals to managing the portfolio. He or she may also be involved in board-level participation in the firm’s investments. Candidates must have high business acumen, an understanding of financial services and relevant technology trends and one to four years of experience in investment banking, consulting, investing or at a venture-backed startup. Morgan Stanley Infrastructure Partners is searching for an investor relations/business development analyst/associate to support the head of investor relations and business development. Responsibilities include supporting all aspects of the investor relations, business development, marketing, pre-marketing and fundraising process. Applicants should have previous experience in alternatives IR/marketing/business development/fundraising. Those with wealth management backgrounds will be considered. The position is in New York.

Prudential Private Placement Investors, the registered investment advisory unit of Prudential Capital Group, is looking for an investment associate. The hire will be responsible for portfolio management, marketing/business development and product developments. Candidates should three to four years of previous investment or similar business experience, an MBA or in pursuit of an MBA and familiarity with the capital markets. He or she must also have a willingness to travel 30 to 50 percent of the time. The position is based in Newark.
