LLR Partners is looking to hire a private equity associate for its software deal team. Duties include constructing and reviewing detailed financial and operating models; performing and tracking the due diligence process for each investment; and composing internal deal approval memorandums, term sheets and letters of intent. Candidates should have two plus years of experience with a leading private equity firm; and undergraduate degree from a top-tier university with exceptional academic achievement. The position is in Philadelphia.

WayPoint Capital Partners is seeking to hire a private equity associate. The hire will have the opportunity to contribute to all aspects of a deal’s life cycle including screening and executing new investments, as well as working on growth opportunities with portfolio companies. Candidates should have two to four years of professional work experience in M&A investment banking or private equity; and a bachelor’s degree with a minimum GPA of 3.6. The hybrid position is in Rowayton, Connecticut.

University of Virginia Investment Management Company is searching for an investment associate. The hire will source, evaluate and monitor external investment managers across alternative strategies and asset classes; and work as an integral member of the broader investment team to research emerging investment themes. Also, he or she will prepare and present investment recommendations alongside senior staff. Candidates should have three to five years of related professional work experience, preferably in manager selection; and an undergraduate degree and excellent academic credentials. The position is in Charlottesville, Virginia.

Graham Partners is on the hunt for a growth equity associate. The hire will participate in all aspects of the investment process including identifying and researching high-growth sectors and sourcing investment opportunities; coordinating and executing due diligence; developing detailed financial models and analyses and creating investment memos. Candidates should have two plus years of relevant investing/transaction experience in private equity, growth equity, late-stage venture capital or investment banking with demonstrable transaction experience. The hybrid position is in Newtown Square, Pennsylvania.
