Candidates should have a minimum of two years of direct investing experience in private equity; and at least two years of investment banking or management consulting experience. The hire will take an active role in researching and evaluating new investment opportunities, working with potential and existing executives, executing new deals and working with portfolio companies. Associates typically have two to four years of investment banking, consulting or private equity experience. The position is in Chicago.

The hire will perform private equity investment analysis, source new investment opportunities, manage transaction diligence and execution, support portfolio analysis/monitoring and help support other key aspects of the business.
