Private Equity Jobs of the Week: Z Capital, Macquarie and PNC Riverarch are hiring

Z Capital is on the hunt for a private equity operating director (finance). The hire will be responsible for the ongoing due diligence of new investments and the financial transformation of various middle market portfolio companies. He or she will work closely with portfolio company management teams and Z Capital investment and operations team members. Candidates should have a minimum of 10 years of financial/operational business experience. Prior private equity experience is preferred. A CPA or MBA is required. The position is in New York.

PNC Riverarch Capital, the private equity affiliate of PNC Financial Services Group, is searching for a private equity business development officer. Duties include developing and managing the firm’s marketing strategy and associated collateral, tracking market activity relevant to the firm’s investment criteria and identifying and helping to cultivate new potential deal sources. Candidates should have a university/college degree, with five plus years of industry-relevant experience. The position is in Pittsburgh.

Hull Street Energy is looking to hire an associate. Responsibilities include financial modeling, initial due diligence for investment opportunities and assisting with the management and monitoring of portfolio companies, sourcing deals and supporting transactions. Applicants should have an MBA from a high-caliber institution or two to three years of equivalent transaction execution and investment experience. Experience in the energy sector is preferred but not essential. The position is in Bethesda, Maryland.


Macquarie Group is seeking an infrastructure private equity analyst/associate. The hire will work with senior executives on the execution of new investment opportunities and portfolio company management. He or she will have primary responsibility for the financial modeling and analysis of companies and transactions in one or more of the following sectors: transport, waste, communications and technology, energy and power and utilities. Candidates should have one to four years of experience in investment banking, private equity or corporate development. The position is in New York.
