BMO Capital Markets is hiring an investment banking associate, M&A. Responsibilities include executing public or private domestic/cross-border M&A transactions on both the buy-side and sell-side, participating in internal and client meetings throughout the deal process as necessary, coordinating transaction execution and performing business due diligence, leading preparation of all M&A marketing materials, assisting in the formulation of buyer/investor lists for sell-side M&A mandates, overseeing the construction and maintenance of detailed financial models to form company valuations, and building relationships and maintaining direct contact with current and prospective clients. One to two years of associate-level investment banking experience, and a proven ability to manage transaction processes, are required. The position is located in Chicago.
