Pro-Fab Buys Guildcrest Building

Pro-Fab, a Canadian manufacturer and distributor of modular homes, has acquired Guildcrest Building Corp. Terms of the deal were not released. Pro-Fab is a portfolio company of Wynnchurch Capital. Guildcrest Building is a modular housing producer in Ontario.
