Prudent Growth Partners, LLC, a Chapel Hill, NC based private equity real estate firm, has completed its $3.9 million acquisition of the Granwood Village shopping center, located at 4331 Old Hickory Blvd, Old Hickory, TN.

Built in 1999, the property is anchored by the popular Urban Air entertainment business, and also has a set of internet-resistant tenants including Bradshaw Chiropractic, Cordell Insurance, United Martial Concepts and Care Dry Cleaners.

The Property benefits from its location in a growing and affluent suburb of Nashville, TN, and is surrounded by neighborhoods and residential housing. Sharing its parking lot is a high-traffic Speedway gas station with a Speedy Café.

This is the fifth acquisition for Prudent Growth in as many weeks.
