Quebec investors to buy Canam assets from AIP for $840 mln

Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec, Fonds de solidarité FTQ and the Dutil family have agreed to acquire the Canadian operations and other assets of Canam Group, a Saint-Georges, Québec-based maker of construction products.
