RadioFrame Networks Inc., a Redmond, Wash.-based provider of a platform for converging mobile voice and data, has secured $8.37 million of a $30 million Series F round, according to a regulatory filing. Return backers include Ignition Partners, Nextel Ventures, Ericsson Venture Partners and VantagePoint Venture Partners. The company had previously raised around $78 million since 2001.
