Morses Club, a Worcester, UK-based home collection credit business backed by RCapital has acquired the book debt assets of NFL Direct Limited for an undisclosed sum. Morses has been part of the RCapital portfolio since 2009.
Morses Club, the Worcester-based home collection credit business backed by RCapital has successfully acquired the book debt assets of NFL Direct Limited for an undisclosed sum.
The new addition will bolster Morses’ offering of personal cash loans to consumers and reinforce Morses’ position as the largest independent home collected credit business in the UK.
Morses CEO, Doug Martin, said: “our strategic plan is to grow both organically and via acquisition. This is our second acquisition in four months and we are actively seeking additional acquisition opportunities in the independent home collected credit sector that present a good fit for our business.”

Morses is the largest privately-owned home collected credit business in the UK with 60,000 customers. Morses has been part of the RCapital portfolio of businesses since 2009.
