Reno Technology Inc., a Hutchinson, Kan.-based manufacturer of stainless steel industrial meat processing equipment, has acquired Carruthers Equipment Co. and Carruthers Leasing Co., a designer and manufacturer of specialized food processing equipment. No financial terms were disclosed. Reno Technology is a portfolio company of Catalyst Equity Group, while Carruthers was advised on the deal by RSM EquiCo Capital Markets.
