Renovo Capital has acquired Fort Myers, Florida-based Global HR Research Inc, a provider of employee background screening and onboarding solutions. The seller was Patriot National Inc. No financial terms were disclosed.
April 4, 2017 (Dallas, Texas) – Renovo Capital, LLC, a Dallas-based special situations private equity ﬁrm, is pleased to announce the acquisition of Global HR Research, Inc. (GHRR) from Patriot National, Inc. (NYSE: PN). The investment furthers Renovo’s focus in the technology-enabled business services sector alongside its existing investments in ATTOM Data Solutions and Dimont & Associates.
Founded in 2005, Fort Myers, Florida-based GHRR is a provider of pre-hire intelligence and employee onboarding solutions. In partnership with Founder and CEO Brandon Phillips, Renovo Capital’s investment enables GHRR to continue its impressive growth while also furthering development of its innovative technology and data solutions in human capital management.
