The Gores Group is in talks to sell Global Tel*Link Corp. to Veritas Capital and an affiliate of Goldman Sachs, according to LBO Wire. Credit Suisse and Wells Fargo are agenting the transaction, which is reported to include more than $200 million in debt financing.
