Resilience Capital Partners has promoted Ki Mixon to principal. He currently sits on the boards of Resilience portfolio companies Penda Corp., ASC Signal Corp., ChemDesign Products and Midwest Machining Solutions.

Resilience Capital Partners (www.resiliencecapital.com), a leading private equity firm, announces the promotion of Ki Mixon to Principal.
As Principal, Mr. Mixon is responsible for both the sourcing and execution of deals. In addition, Mr. Mixon serves as a Board member for four Resilience portfolio companies: Penda Corporation; ASC Signal Corporation; ChemDesign Products; and Midwest Machining Solutions.

Mr. Mixon joined Resilience in 2001 after serving in the Corporate Restructuring Group at McDonald Investments (KeyBank). At McDonald he was involved with a variety of assignments including chapter 11 and out-of-court restructurings, and troubled company advisory work on behalf of both the debtors and creditors.
Mr. Mixon earned a MBA from Case Western Reserve University and a bachelor’s degree from Wittenberg University.
