Berman will provide leadership across the business to develop, communicate, and implement RingCentral’s vision, mission, and overall strategic direction. He will report to RingCentral founder, chairman and CEO, Vlad Shmunis.

Before that, David was president of Worldwide Sales and Services at WebEx Communications, a position that he held through the acquisition of the company by Cisco. In that role, he was responsible for WebEx’s revenue plan and the go-to-market strategy. A pioneer in the SaaS industry, David created and implemented the revolutionary web-touch sales and support model, which was key to the company’s significant revenue growth.
