Riverdale Healthcare buys Archway Dental Practice

Riverdale Healthcare, which is backed by Apposite Capital, said Sept. 3 that it acquired Archway Dental Practice. Financial terms weren’t announced. Archway, of Stokesley, North Yorkshire, provides NHS dental care via three treatment rooms.

Apposite Capital-backed Riverdale Healthcare acquired Third Practice in North Yorkshire
London, UK – 3rd September 2019. Apposite Capital, the healthcare specialist private equity investor, today announced that its dentistry group, Riverdale Healthcare, has acquired Archway Dental Practice in Stokesley, North Yorkshire.

Archway Dental Practice was founded by dentist, Mark Amos and moved into its current building in 2009, providing NHS dental care via three treatment rooms. The acquisition of the practice follows the acquisitions of Hebburn and Pelaw dental practices in Tyne & Wear one month ago, further strengthening the group footprint in North East England.

We have lots of exciting projects coming up which will expand the number of treatment rooms and the treatment offered to patients as well as the opportunities available to the Archway team.”
