Riveron Consulting recently announced the promotion of three Principals – two in the Southwest office and one in the Midwest office – effective April 1st. Each employee is a former Senior Manager for the firm. Riveron specializes in serving private equity funds, firms that are growing through strategic acquisitions and companies seeking to maximize the value of business transactions. The firm was recently named a finalist for M&A Consulting Firm of the Year by the M&A Advisor and also was recognized as a recipient of the SMU Cox School of Business Dallas 100™ Entrepreneur Award for Fastest Growing Companies.
Promotions in the Southwest office, which is located in Dallas include Jason Roberts and Michelle (Tencleve) Laitinen. Both new principals will be responsible for client service. Mr. Robert’s 10 years of experience includes assisting both public and private companies forecasting, budgeting and modeling services. He joined Riveron from Healthmarkets/Insphere Insurance Solutions where he was a team leader and senior analyst. During her 10 year career, Mrs. Laitinen has worked on more than 100 transactions, serving a variety of domestic and international clients in a wide variety of industries. Prior to joining the team at Riveron in 2009, she was a senior financial analyst with Invesco and manager in Ernst & Young’s Transaction Support practice.
Nonye Ukawuba is the newest principal in the firm’s Midwest office, located in Chicago. Her more than 10 years of M&A experience includes financial analysis and leading financial due diligence on more than 100 transactions. Ms. Ukawuba joined Riveron after spending nearly 10 years in the London and Chicago offices of PricewaterhouseCoopers.
