The Riverside Company has made an undisclosed investment in Pro-Vigil Inc. Jones Day and Deloitte advised Riverside on the transaction while Deerpath Capital provided financing for it. Pro-Vigil’s service is a cost-effective alternative to on-site security. The company combines state-of-the-art equipment with real-time human monitoring. When a monitor sees suspicious activity, they can alert authorities quickly, protecting customers who often have large properties with valuable assets that require monitoring.
