The Riverside Company, a global private equity firm with a strong presence in Europe, has promoted 12 members of staff and made four new hires.
In Europe, senior associate Jeroen Lenssen, associate Nils Schander and analyst Sven-Hendrik Schulze have been appointed, in addition to Pablo Fuente, who joins as the firm’s assistant director of marketing & communications.
In the European origination team, William Jaworski was promoted from analyst to associate and Damien Gaudin from junior analyst to analyst.
In the US, Simon Feiglin, Joseph Lee and Trey Vincent were promoted from vice president to principal, and associates Scott Bogard, William Fogle, Martin Graul, Joseph Manning and Ashok Reddy became senior associates.
