New Orleans based private equity firm RLMcCall Capital Partners has teamed up with Austin, Texas-based private equity firm Dos Rios Partners to acquire Case Drilling & Pump Service. No financial terms were disclosed. Based in Stanton, Texas, Case Drilling is a provider of fresh water well drilling and maintenance services to contract drilling firms, E&P operators, agri-businesses, residential consumers and municipalities in West Texas.

NEW ORLEANS, LA–(Marketwired – June 26, 2014) – RLMcCall Capital Partners, LLC, a private equity firm based in New Orleans, Louisiana announced today that it has partnered with Dos Rios Partners, L.P, a private equity firm headquartered in Austin, Texas, to acquire Case Drilling & Pump Service, LLC (the “Company” or “Case Drilling”), a provider of fresh water well drilling and maintenance services to contract drilling firms, E&P operators, agri-businesses, residential consumers and municipalities across West Texas. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Case Drilling has a 75-year operating history in West Texas and enjoys strong relationships with a diverse institutional and residential customer base in the Permian Basin.
