Roadrunner Transportation Services Inc., a Cudahy, Wis.-based provider of non-asset based transportation and logistics services, has set its IPO terms to 10.6 million common shares being offered at between $14 and $16 per share. It would have an initial market cap of approximately $472 million, were it to price at the high end of its range.
The company plans to trade on the NYSE under ticker symbol RRTS, with Baird, BB&T Capital Markets and Stifel Nicholas serving as co-lead underwriters. It reports $450 million in 2009 revenue, compared to $537 million in 2008.
Shareholders include Thayer | Hidden Creek Entities (72.5% pre-IPO stake), Eos Partners (18.5%) and American Capital Strategies (7.3%). www.rdfs.com
