Rockbridge closes $438 mln for sixth hospitality fund

Rockbridge has raised $430 $438 million for its sixth hospitality fund, beating its $350 million target. The LPs for Rockbridge Hospitality Fund VI include pension funds, insurance companies, endowments/foundations, family offices and international investors. The fund will invest in hotels in the U.S. Triton Pacific Capital was the placement agent.


COLUMBUS, Ohio, Nov. 4, 2014 /PRNewswire/ — Rockbridge announced the final closing of Rockbridge Hospitality Fund VI L.P. (“Fund VI”) with $438 million of committed capital. Due to strong demand from investors, the company exceeded its original fund target of $350 million.

Fund VI represents a diverse capital base, including pension funds, insurance companies, endowments/foundations, family offices and international investors.

Fund VI will make investments in hotels in the United States and has already closed on 11 investments, representing $131 million of capital commitments and $515 million of total capitalization, in eight states to date.
