Rubicon Project Raises Series A

The Rubicon Project, a Los Angeles-based provider of an Internet advertising platform, has raised $4 million in Series A funding from Clearstone Venture Partners. It also secured $2 million of venture debt from Square1 Bank. www.rubiconproject.com
