Salt Creek Capital buys Sound Building Supply

Salt Creek Capital has acquired Renton, Washington-based Sound Building Supply Inc, a maker of metal flashing, roofing, and building products. No financial terms were disclosed.


Menlo Park, California – March 7, 2018: Salt Creek Capital is pleased to announce the acquisition of Sound Building Supply, Inc. (SBS), a leading manufacturer and distributor of metal flashing, roofing, and building products. SBS is headquartered in Renton, WA, and sells products to customers in the construction wholesale industry throughout the Pacific Northwest.
