Scott Maierhofer Joins McCarthy Capital

Scott Maierhofer has joined McCarthy Capital as a Denver-based partner. He previously was co-president of Green Manning & Bunch.

Scott H. Maierhofer has joined McCarthy Capital as a partner. Mr. Maierhofer will manage the Western US region from the firm’s Denver office.

 

Maierhofer joins McCarthy Capital after seven years with Green Manning & Bunch, (GMB), where he was Co-President. Prior to joining GMB, he was president and managing principal of UniRock Management Corporation, a Denver based merchant banking firm. He co-founded UniRock in 1988, and he has been involved in numerous middle market transactions in his more than twenty year investment banking and private equity career.

 

Maierhofer graduated from Pennsylvania State University with a BA in labor relations and earned his MBA from the University of Denver. His primary responsibilities at McCarthy Capital will include evaluating, structuring and making investments and managing portfolio companies.

 

McCarthy Capital manages close to $900 million in various funds and entities.
