Seaport Capital has acquired Denver-based Keg Logistics LLC, a keg management provider for local, regional and national craft breweries in the U.S., Canada and U.K. No financial terms were disclosed. Bregal Sagemount, Keg Logistics’ past majority owner, reinvested in the business alongside Seaport.
DENVER, CO and NEW YORK, NY–(Marketwired – July 19, 2017) – Private equity firm Seaport Capital (“Seaport”) announced today that it has acquired Keg Logistics LLC (“Keg Logistics” or “the Company”), an outsourced keg management provider that services local, regional and national craft breweries in the U.S., Canada and U.K. The existing management team and Bregal Sagemount, the prior majority owner of the business, reinvested alongside Seaport in the transaction. The Keg Logistics management team will continue to lead the Company. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
