Second2, the specialist technology marketing agency, has successfully completed a management buyout (MBO) from Adventis Group plc with the help of private equity firm RCapital.
The MBO was led by Kirsty Gilchrist, Director of Client Services. The deal was facilitated by private equity investment specialists, RCapital Partners LLP. Second2 is a leading creative B2B technology marketing agency which employs a team of over 50 in Beaconsfield and works with clients such as Symantec, Intel, Avaya, Toshiba and Polycom.
