SEP completes Tryzens MBO

Terry Hunter, chief executive of Tryzens, and his senior management team have completed the acquisition of digital solutions provider Tryzens Limited from its parent company Jaywing with backing from UK venture capital firm, Scottish Equity Partners.Tryzens, which also has offices in Bulgaria and India, is a provider of digital retail solutions.

Terry Hunter, Chief Executive of Tryzens, and his senior management team have completed the acquisition of digital solutions provider Tryzens Limited from its parent company Jaywing plc with backing from leading UK venture capital firm, Scottish Equity Partners (SEP).
Tryzens, which also has offices in Bulgaria and India, is one of Europe’s leading providers of digital retail solutions. The company leads the e-commerce industry with innovative technology around digital design, development, delivery, integration and strategy.
