SFW Capital Partners’ portfolio company MD Buyline, which provides healthcare clinical and technology information and analytics, has completed a recapitalization. The proceeds of the recap were used to fund a cash distribution to stockholders.

SFW Capital Partners (“SFW”) announced today that its investment, MD Buyline, Inc. (“MD Buyline” or the “Company”), completed a successful recapitalization. The proceeds of the recapitalization were used to fund a significant cash distribution to stockholders.

Following the recapitalization, MD Buyline remains conservatively capitalized and has the continued support of SFW, its majority shareholder, to actively pursue further strategic growth initiatives. SFW acquired MD Buyline from its original founders through a newly formed affiliate in early 2011.
