Sidley Austin beefs up capital markets practice with three new hires

Law firm Sidley Austin has added Michael Schiavone, Daniel O’Shea and David Ni as partners in its capital markets practice. The trio is based in the firm’s New York office. Previously, they worked at O’Melveny & Myers LLP where Schiavone chaired the capital markets practice. From 1989 to 2000, Schiavone worked at Brown & Wood, which later merged with Sidley & Austin in 2001 to form Sidley Austin Brown & Wood.
