SkyKnight Capital has made an investment in GoodVets, a next generation animal health platform. No financial terms were disclosed. Holland & Knight LLP and Duff & Phelps advised SkyKnight.


SAN FRANCISCO–(BUSINESS WIRE)–SkyKnight Capital, L.P. (“SkyKnight”), a private equity firm with a proven track record of partnering with founder-led businesses, announced that it has made a growth investment into GoodVets Group LLC (“GoodVets” or the “Company”), a next generation animal health platform redefining the veterinary healthcare experience for pets, pet parents, and veterinarians.

GoodVets is a modern, single-brand veterinary care platform purpose built to better serve customers and vets through best-in-class medicine, customer service, technology, and design. GoodVets partners with entrepreneurial veterinarians to build and operate state-of-the-art care facilities in fast growing markets, elevating the veterinary healthcare experience by bringing convenient, superior care closer to home. The Company’s mission is to reimagine today’s companion animal care experience, to empower veterinarians to have autonomy and buy-in as participating owners, and to deliver a wonderful healthcare experience for pets.

GoodVets currently operates care centers in Chicago, Kansas City, and Nashville, with new sites opening in Charlotte, Miami, Tampa, and Palm Beach in the coming months.
