Skyway adds Warren as managing director to team

Skyway Capital Markets, a middle-market investment bank, has named Patrick Warren as managing director for its M&A group advisory practice. Previously, Warren worked at BB&T Capital Markets and Fifth Third Securities, where he served as a vice president and principal in their investment banking groups.

TAMPA, Fla. – (March 20, 2020) – Skyway Capital Markets , a leading middle-market investment bank, appointed Patrick Warren as Managing Director in Skyway’s M&A Group Advisory practice. Based in Tampa, Mr. Warren will focus on sourcing and executing M&A advisory and other corporate finance assignments for the Firm.

Prior to joining Skyway Capital Markets, Mr. Warren worked at BB&T Capital Markets and Fifth Third Securities, where he served as a Vice President & Principal in their Investment Banking Groups. Throughout his 15+ year career in investment banking and private equity, Mr. Warren has completed more than 40 M&A and corporate finance advisory assignments, collectively representing in excess of $2.0 billion in transaction value.

Warren earned his B.S. in Commerce from the University of Virginia’s McIntire School of Commerce with concentrations in finance and management and holds FINRA Series 79 & 63 licenses.
